Make a variable inductance coil using a used Glue-Stick.

 The number of turns and the ferrite core can be chosen as per your requirement of inductance value and frequency.

 Here four Toroids are used with ID of 5 mm & OD of 12.5 mm.

The terminal PCB can be used for mounting the variable inductor.
